Graced members should also be included in this report to make it 100% accurate
Hi Jane - Thanks for your feedback! I've passed it along to the Product Team so that they can evaluate it.
No such option (Membership History) on my admin homepage...
Hello Fei Fei! You don't have that option on your admin homepage because you are on the Classic product, and this is documentation for our new platform (released April 2015). If you'd like more information or have questions, drop our Help Team a line at help@memberclicks.com. I hope that helps!
I'd like to get a report that has the data described above, but for each month over the span of a year so I can see trends. How can I get more comprehensive data?
Hey Sarah! Further enhancing the Membership Report is something our Product Team is actively investigating at this time. I let them know what you're looking for, and you may hear from them as they dig into more details.
I don't follow the math here.
I don't understand how I can have 61 at start, 1 join, 2 renew, and 128 lapse, all for a total of 64...
if 128 lapsed, how did I start with 61?
If I start with 61, how do I add 1 new and renew 2 and end with 64?
Hello Sarah! You'll want to reach out to our Help Team (help@memberclicks.com) for some more information on the numbers you're getting. Be sure to include which Member Type/s you're looking at, and the date range you're using, and they can help you out from there.
