What is it?
The process described below can be used to find profiles who have or have not submitted a particular form. This can be used to target email marketing to members who have not yet submitted a form, or to determine who has submitted one form but not another.
How to Access
Navigate to the Profile List from the Admin Home.
Searching for Profiles by Form Submission
From the Profile List, click on the Advanced Search button.
Inside the Advanced Search modal window, toggle ON the Search by Form Submissions.
From there, Select a Submission Status (completed or did not complete)
Choose the form you want to search based on.
If you want to search across multiple forms (ex. to find members who have a submission the conference form but do not have one for the annual meeting), choose to Add Criteria.
Add your other criteria, and when you're ready, click Search.
