    How would I be able to pull this report in the Classic format?

    In the Classic platform we were able to send faxes to those who prefer that communication method. Is fax capability available in the updated platform? Also, I would like to send a fax to all of my members to let them know that we are starting a new weekly newsletter via email. Can I send a "blast fax" to all members who have a fax number in their attributes so I can make sure we have their up to date email address?

    Hey Kimberly! At this time there is not a way to send to multiple addresses in a profile. If that's something you're interested in, though, please leave us some feedback. That'll go directly to our Product Team, and the more we hear from folks like you, the better idea we get of what y'all need.

    I have a member who is not receiving the emails because of her spam filter.  I sent in a request for information that I can provide to her IT to assist in having emails from MemberClicks white-listed.  I was told that there is no documentation available from MemberClicks.

    As a member management system, I find it odd that you do not have any resources available to help to ensure that emails from your system are being received.

    I would appreciate any assistance on URLs and/or IP addresses for MemberClicks that can be provided to an IT department to assist in white listing emails.
