    We just transferred over to the new system and one of our members sent out the first email over the new e-list; however, one of the members subscribed had an out of office email that kept sending to everyone over and over again. I ended up deleting him from the list in order for it to stop but isn't there a best practice or a type of monitoring in case that happens again?

    Hey Diana! I'm sorry to hear that happened. We have measures in place to help catch Out of Office's, but if that didn't catch this user I would recommend bringing the specifics to our Help Team so they can give you the best guidance with what happened.

    In the classic platform an E-list message had the options to reply to the entire list or just the sender. Are those options available in Oasis? I know there is a global setting for replies to be sent to the entire list or just the sender. I'm seeing many instances where our club would be better serves with an either/or option for replying to an e-list message. Rather than every reply being limited to only reply to the entire list or only replying to the sender.
