Hey Ryan! If you reach out to our Help Team, they can help you with that - it would have to be exported on our end.

We just transferred over to the new system and one of our members sent out the first email over the new e-list; however, one of the members subscribed had an out of office email that kept sending to everyone over and over again. I ended up deleting him from the list in order for it to stop but isn't there a best practice or a type of monitoring in case that happens again?

Hey Diana! I'm sorry to hear that happened. We have measures in place to help catch Out of Office's, but if that didn't catch this user I would recommend bringing the specifics to our Help Team so they can give you the best guidance with what happened.

In the classic platform an E-list message had the options to reply to the entire list or just the sender. Are those options available in Oasis? I know there is a global setting for replies to be sent to the entire list or just the sender. I'm seeing many instances where our club would be better serves with an either/or option for replying to an e-list message. Rather than every reply being limited to only reply to the entire list or only replying to the sender.

Hey there John! This option is not available in Oasis currently. If you haven't already, you should leave some feedback for our Product Team to consider.

Hello: Is there a template for the welcome email for e-lists? If not, are there email command options for sending a message, or unsubscribing or does one have to access the web/admin to be withdraw or be removed?

Since earlier today, our members have been having issues sending emails on our mailing list.
The error that we get is:

The response from the remote server was:
    554 Recipients' domain disabled

The mailing list had been working perfectly well till a couple of days ago, and there have been no changes made. What can be the problem?

    Error Details
Reported error:    550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 554 Recipients' domain disabled

I'm testing out this function and see that e-lists go right into my junk mail folder. Probably because "the actual sender of this message is different than the normal sender." It's sending as myaddress@mydomain on behalf of elistname@####.memberclicks.net.

How can this be resolved if we do not use the MemberClicks email service, although my web page is hosted under my domain name by MemberClicks?
