We are still investigating the root cause for the system slowness earlier in the day. We have seen the majority of the issues resolve, but we are still working to ensure no further problems. We will update you again once we have a full understanding of the initial slowness. Thanks for your continued patience.
Hi All,
Following up on the issue this morning, we've found that one of the MemberClicks back-end services experienced a performance issue which impacted the entire site. We restarted the affected systems to restore normal service. Everything is now running at full speed. Thanks again for your patience while we gathered more information on this issue and quickly worked to resolve the problem.
