    We are still looking into the intermittent slowness issues that we have had this afternoon.  We had not seen any issues since about 2:00 PM EST until about 5 minutes ago.

    As soon as we have an update, we will let know.

    Once again we apologize for any inconvenience that this might be causing.

    There were no further system slowness yesterday evening and overnight.  

    However, at 11:15 AM EST this morning we have started to see higher response times.  Our Engineering team is working on this issue and as soon as we have an update we will let you know.

    Our engineers have been able to identify the problem causing the slowness.  Knowing the cause of the problem, we expect a resolution very soon.  Again, we appreciate your patience, and apologize for the inconvenience.

    Good news!  We have resolved the problem causing the slowness and performance issues.  From this point, it's a matter of the time it takes for the servers to catch up with the process loads.  We've already seen a difference in response times here, and expect that all our users should see the difference soon.  You may need to refresh your browser, or log out and log back in.
