We are currently experiencing some system slowness. The Data Center that we use is having some issues at this time. Our Engineers are working with them to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Things have stabilized over the last couple of hours, but we're still seeing response times that are higher than what we normally see. We're still working with the Data Center on adding an extra server and we will let you know once we have any other updates.
The root cause of the system slowness issues this week has been identified and addressed. Our Engineering team has been working with the Data Center that we use since Monday to resolve the issues. During this process we replaced 2 servers and moved some of the traffic around to help with load balancing. All of this should help the product performance and so far we have seen good results. Of course we will continue to monitor the situation and make any changes as needed.
We cannot apologize enough for the intermittent performance issues that we had this week.
