As many of you have reported since midday yesterday, July 20, there have been intermittent issues with a few parts of the MC system. While front-end websites were not affected, you may have noticed images not loading in the administrative interface, lost access to http://webmail.memberclicks.com and http://help.memberclicks.com, as well as http://memberclicks.com.
These issues were caused by an inadvertent suspension of the memberclicks.com domain by our registrar. We have been working with our provider to fully restore memberclicks.com since yesterday and most of the propagation is complete as of this morning. For those of you who are still seeing these problems, full propagation is expected over the next 24 hours.
While most Help Center tickets have been responded to at this time, our access to the Help Center was also limited which is why response times have been slower than what you are used to.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. For those of you who continue to see issues, please expect to see communication and service levels back to normal shortly.

I think the propogation Duncan refers to is the DNS propogation (the Domain Name Server takes the people friendly url you type in and translates it to numbers behind the scenes). I could be totally wrong...
I just set up my computer to use the google DNS (https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using) and I now have access to the memberclicks areas again. YMMV
