    An update on the current system issue:

    One our main servers has stopped responding.  We are working with our Data Center to get the product back up.

    We will send out updates as we have them.

    Once again we apologize for any inconvenience that this is causing.

    Our Engineering Team and our Data Center have successfully gotten the server to reboot and respond.

    The system is back up and running again.

    We cannot apologize enough for this and we greatly appreciated your patience as we worked to resolve the system wide issue.
