MemberClicks will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes beginning at 7 a.m. Eastern time tomorrow, November 19th. During this time, we will be fixing the following critical issues that arose since the contact center release on 11/17.
- Users attempting to unsubscribe from mass email communications frequently encounter errors
- Users without a contact preference set are frequently being excluded from recipient lists

Update: The issue with unsubscribing still persists, but the contact preference recipient problem has been fixed. The release this morning also included a filter for ASAs in the Message Report. This filter allows an ASA to select the type of message to include in the report: All messages, Contact Center, Elist or Notifications.
