Following up on the unplanned outage yesterday afternoon, we will be making a series of configuration changes Tuesday morning between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. Eastern time. All of the changes will be made on a rolling basis, so we don't anticipate any downtime with this maintenance.
The cause for the downtime yesterday was determined to be a misconfiguration made during server maintenance several weeks ago, between 10/7 and 10/13. At this point, we have fixed the misconfiguration and the changes being made on 11/22 will solidify the fix and optimize performance by more efficiently distributing the load among network ports.
