We've pinned down the cause of the issue to a security update made in our data center to the Web Application Firewall. We should have the issue resolved shortly.
We've finished updating the rules for the app which fixes the file upload issue. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If you ran into this issue today for some files and not others, it's because files smaller than 130 KB were not affected. All file uploads, regardless of size, are working now.
