Update: Starting at 11:40 Eastern MemberClicks will restart some services and servers to correct the connectivity issues we are experiencing. This should take no more than 15 minutes or so. Thank you for your patience.
We are continuing to see intermittent performance issues and are actively investigating. We appreciate your patience and will update you regularly with our findings.
System performance was restored at 1:55 p.m. ET. Our DB and network teams are continuing to research the cause of the issue.
