We will be bringing the application down for up to 10 minutes at 12 p.m. Eastern for hardware maintenance. Updates to follow.
Maintenance has begun.
Maintenance is complete. We will continue to monitor our systems to keep an eye out for any further issues.
The system is up but performance is slow. Our team is working as quickly as possible to return the service to normal.
We're still feeling a sluggishness to pages loading.
Our systems staff is still working on the issue. Until this has been fully resolved site connectivity may be intermittent.
We are still seeing sporadic performance issues and we will be working throughout the night at our data center until the problem is completely resolved.
We are still seeing that irregular slowness in the application. Our network and dev teams are onsite working through all different scenarios and also preparing for some hardware replacements. I'll continue to comment on this as the night progresses and new details come to light.
The application is fully functional and has been running without issue for a good bit of time. We are continuing to monitor it as the night rolls along. We also anticipate a hardware replacement in the morning that will be accompanied by a brief, mid-morning downtime. Please stay tuned for further information on that as it becomes available and we can narrow in on a timeframe.
This information is very helpful. However, yesterday, when I was about to throw my computer out the window, I couldn't get to the help page to even get your phone number. Is there another way to receive this information when you can't get on the site?

If the MemberClicks system is unavailable, you can access the Help Center by going to http://help.memberclicks.com. The Help Center is independent of the rest of the application, so you will be able to access it by typing the address directly into your browser. System updates and other news can be found in the Announcements forum, which you can subscribe to via RSS.
Please accept our apologies for the issues of late. We're working hard to return service to normal.
I approved and released an e-list message last evening that I don't think went out because I and others didn't receive it. Also didn't receive a rejected notice, so is it related to the issues you are having or is there a way to check?
