    The audio was very helpful   The screen shot was too small to be useful.  I found it best to listen with my eyes closed.

    Michael - Thanks for your comment! Were you able to click on the arrows in the bottom righthand corner of the video to expand it? It does get blurrier as it gets large, but I'm hoping that will help when visually following along. I've included a short video of myself making the video larger that may help.

    Made is larger but then it was too blurry, I'm afraid. Good information but not able to follow along on the visual.

    Good to know about the "enlarge image feature" - you might add a comment about that above the video so we don't have to read all the other comments before learning about it.  I listened to this video a couple of times to be sure I could remember the directions.  It would help if you also had this as a printable hard copy version for those of us who need to refresh our memories.  I happen to like to read directions.  I also appreciated your "side comments" about your own personal experiences.

    I have been using the WYSIWYG in the Article Manager. Makes so much more sense to use the one already in the form so I am just clicking within the form creation and not between browser tabs.
