Whoops, I get your original question now.  Sorry about that...

Yes, the element could be added to a page rather than as part of the template.  It will need to be set up on our side first, so please send us an email to help@memberclicks.com when you're ready to get started.

I put 4 logos in, the first one appears on the page but never seems to rotate through the 4, even when the page is refreshed.  They are ordered 1-2-3-4 and published .  Can you tell me if this isn't set up right?

What is the customer banner code field for?  I ahem a sponsor that wants to use an animated SWF file

What is the criteria for how often the Sponsor Ad changes?  I have 12 ads, but seem to see the same one all the time.  What does the order sequence mean?  Can I have the ads rotate every time the viewer goes to a different page on the same visit?

    Brenda,

Yes, there are a few different configurations for how sponsor ads work.  Having the ads change each time a visitor goes to a different page is definitely a possibility.  The order column indicates the order in which ads appear if you display more than one ad per page.  If you only display one ad at a time on each page (as is usually the case), then the order will only effect the order you see the ads in the admin interface.

Can I do that on one of my pages, though, or can I only do it site-wide?

No worries. So glad we can just put in on one page. Thanks!

Can I just have sponsor ads appear on one page of my web site?

We would need them to rotate, and be able to count click throughs and such as is done in the Sponsor Ad Management tool. Would that be possible?

    Hi Stephanie,

Yes, you sure can.  The easiest way to do this is to just insert the sponsor logos as images in a page/article.

In that case, you'd be best off to use the Sponsor Ad Management, but they would only rotate on page refresh.
