In test mode, will credit card numbers be processed if we choose that method of payment? I've tested forms in other applications before and they usually will give you a bogus credit card number to enter.  I am wondering if we fill-in bogus information on the credit card payment page if the form will complete and proceed to the confirmation page.  I've been using the check method in testing, but would like to see the credit card screen.

    Hi Brenda,

Great question!  Any forms in test will not have the payment information submitted to the payment processor.  You should be able use a bogus credit card number (as long as it is the appropriate number of digits)  to complete the submission of a form in test mode.

I tried a bogus number yesterday and it didn't work.  Has this been tried and verified?  Thanks!

I have added a 2nd page to my membership renewal form. The 2nd page is a survey.  When I am testing my form - I am not being taken to a payment page - nor am I getting any confirmation emails that the form has been filled out. Also, it is not registering any new 'receipts' in the forms list.

Hi Sari - It looks like there are 3 pages on the form total, two of which are called Member Survey. The third is blank, and I'm thinking that's the one causing the problem. To delete it, edit the form and click on the page (next to the blue leftward pointing arrow). In the bottom righthand corner, click delete. I went ahead and removed it for you to avoid future issues. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to help@memberclicks.com so that we can dig in further.
