Giving a Group Admin Access to Manage a Form

    I'm sure I'm missing something really simple here... I just gave another group admin access to some of our forms, but it doesn't seem like the group can export receipts. What change do I need to make so that can happen? Thanks!

    Do I need to add access to the group for EVERY for? No way to add access to all forms for a group in 1 move?

    Dave - In the case of form admin permissions, those are controlled on a per-form basis to allow more granular control over each form's permissions. As an example, if you have two chapters, each with an Admin group, you can control the forms each chapter Admins are allowed to access via those form permissions. I hope that helps clarify!

    I hear ya, but ultimately, I can not grant edit access to a new group all at once. i.e. my new web administrator group (group of one) can not have edit access to everything at once -- I need to do it 1 at a time, yes?

    Can a Form Administrator "take a form" for a member?
