    A user has taken the form twice.  Once to send a check and then to pay online.  The result is that her membership was extended for two years Dec 2012 instead of one Dec 2011 and she now has an incomplete receipt.  How do I delete this incomplete receipt.  It will never get completed because she has already paid with cc.

    Hi Teresa,

    Incomplete receipts are automatically deleted after 30 days.  Did the user submit two forms and only paid once by credit card (leaving the form with Send Check as the payment method unpaid, but submitted)?

    If the user only submitted one form, then the expiration date should not have advanced two years unless the expiration settings were configured to allow a two year renewal option.  Please submit a ticket to the Help Team with the specifics so we can take a closer look.
