If you choose to submit a form this way, and it is tied to a revenue account, I've found that the "identifier" for such receipts will list the ASA (myself) rather than the individual for whom the form submission is on behalf of. This causes a problem with our reporting.

    Dear Heather,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will have our development staff make the appropriate changes as soon as possible.

In reference to the comment above, when taking a form on behalf of a user (while logged in as an ASA or Admin), the user's name will show up as the identifier, rather than the ASA's name.

If there is a date limit set in Form Limits Settings will that affect the ability of an ASA to fill the form as a user? (I'm thinking about a few stragglers that need to be registered for a meeting after the deadline has passed.)

Timothy - If a date limit is in place, ASA users won't be able to log in to fill out the form on a user's behalf. To circumvent problems there, I recommend copying the form and making a version for Admin Use Only (don't place the link on the site or in an email) that you can use to register those people who are late submitting the form. I hope that helps!
