    Hi Kinsey,

Can I link to a form, within a different form? For example, I want to add a link for users to donate on the application form itself. I can add instruction to copy/paste the link, but would prefer to add a link to the form (this way we can keep application $ and donation $ separate).

    Thank you : )

Hi Elizabeth - You can link to a form from inside of a form, and doing so requires just a bit of HTML knowhow. You would want to do so via a label field using HTML - in the example included here, I'm linking to a form from my test site. You'll find a form's URL by navigating to Forms > Form List > Clicking on the form name. Copy the blue form URL, near the top of the page. Mine is https://art3.memberclicks.net/index.php?option=com_mc&view=mc&mcid=form_142036.

    The code you'll want to paste in is: <a href="FORM URL">clickable text</a>.

My link would look like: <a href="https://art3.memberclicks.net/index.php?option=com_mc&view=mc&mcid=form_142036">Click here to view the Conference Form</a>.

    I hope that helps!

Hi Janee - You'll need to use HTML code to do so. As many of our clients aren't familiar with HTML, here's a workaround that should do the trick:

    1. Within the forms editor, navigate to the Login Options page (that's the closest WYSIWYG editor you'll find).

    2. Use the Site Links tool to insert the link to a document from your Media Manager.

    3. Click on the HTML icon (bottom row of editor icons, last icon on the right), then copy ALL of the HTML code you see there.

    4. Navigate back to the form page and drop a Label field onto the form

    5. Paste the HTML code you copied into the label field, then Save.

How do I do the reverse - create a link on a form to a document in the media center? There is no Site Link button that I can find in the form editing
