How to Access
Navigate to Forms > Form List
Click on Receipts for the form from which you wish to export receipts.
Exporting Form Receipts
Next, tag any receipts that you would like to export. Using the quick select box above the receipt list, you can also tag all receipts on the current page or all receipts on all pages.
Click the Export link below the receipt list.
On the next screen, choose the fields you would like to export. All fields will be tagged to start, but you have the option of unchecking "Tag All" which will allow you to select specific fields, or you can uncheck the fields that aren't needed. When you're done, go ahead and click "Submit."
If it's a small number of receipts, the spreadsheet will open immediately.
If the export file is large, it will be queued for export and a notification email will be sent to the specified email address when it is ready.
After receiving the email notification that the export job is ready, you can download your export file by clicking on the Retrieve Data Exports tab on the righthand side of the Admin home screen.
