Hi Kinsey -- I am having the same issue with there being no payment type or amount associated with the export file I am getting from the 2014 Annual Meeting Registration form.

Hi Laura - Typically we recommend using the confirmation page and/or email to generate a receipt by inserting merged data. Today we released the new Invoicing module, which allows you to add an "Invoice Me" option to all forms with payment associated. The invoice template can be set up with your organization's branding, which will allow users to receive an invoice as part of their form submission. You can easily resend any invoices and set up reminder emails as needed. Click here to read more about the new invoicing features - I think you'll love them!

I agree. People sometimes request receipts so that they can be reimbursed by their employer, and there's no easy way to generate a simple receipt.

why is it making me select from the list each time?  is there a way to set all as the default?

is there a way to export the information or email the information in the format that the form is viewed by the applicant?

currently the form is moved to an excel sheet and all of the answers are listed out in one row and multiple columns--not very user friendly...

Kelly - If the file is small enough, a CSV will open immediately. Otherwise, because receipts contain so much data, the report may take a couple of minutes to generate. Permission wise, these members will need to be able to view Admin side of the system, meaning that their group will need to be flagged as an "Admin" type group under Database > Group Management. They'll also need access to the Admin Home Screen (under Database > Group Management > System Permissions) so that they can see the Retrieve Data Exports tab, where they'll pick up large files. You will want to remind Admins that to view the Receipt List or the Data Exports tab, they'll need to log in at the URL orgid.memberclicks.net/administrator. When you log in as an administrator, your org ID is the set of letters before the first period - in your case, LECP.

    Hi Kinsey,

We have about 10 different board members that need to have access to the receipts and be able to export. They are set up to be able have access to the receipts but by looking at the info above your system cannot generate the report it has to store it in the admin box. How can I give access to only the retrieve data. It would be much better if you were exporting a receipt list it created the csv automatically for the person running the request without having to go somewhere else to get the report. Seems like you make it more complicated than other systems I have used in the past.

Is there anyway to use the data collected in a form on the web site?

Hi Heather - I'm not sure if you're thinking of something specific, but one thing that you can do is save a search result of users who have submitted a form, then link that saved search on the event details page. This way, you can include text that says something like "Event Registrants" which will link directly to profiles for members who have submitted the form. I hope that helps! If you have a specific question, please feel free to email help@memberclicks.com so that we can explore options.

Katy - Right now, there isn't a way to select the form fields you want to export. I typically export all form receipts, and in Excel, select columns to delete in mass using Control (PC) or Command (Mac). You can see fields and their responses broken out on the Form Field Report, but I find the full receipt export is typically most helpful.

Is there anyway to select which fields show up on our export report or to customize the export report at all? That would be very helpful.

When I export a list of receipts for a certain event it does not show the type of credit card used even though it is included in my email confirmation.  It does have a column in the export list as "CC Card Type" but the column is blank.  How do I capture this information in my exported receipt list?
