    How do we access the export center?

    Oh, sorry - I didn't read the page carefully enough - and I know I've had large searches that I had to wait for before. I found the missing line "Once you have received the e-mail letting you know that your export is ready, from the Admin Home screen, click on the Retrieve Data Exports tab in the Admin Home Statistics area." so I'm all set!

    I'm fairly new to Memberclicks and I am trying to extract contacts out of our master database marked as "media". Is there a quick way to do that? Thanks

    I'm glad these instructions were accurate. But the email telling me how to retrieve my data is not. It reads:

    "You may login to your service and view this file by accessing Form Management. The file will be removed after a period of 5 days."

    Nowhere in the admin area does it say "Form Management." A note I got from doing an export in January said "... accessing the Export Center." That doesn't exist, either.

    Can you update this message to point people to the right place without having to look it up?

    Hi Steve,

    The quickest way to do this would be, if 'Media' was an attribute, run an advanced search for 'Media,' and when you are given search results, it should be only those that have 'Media' within the attribute that you searched. You can then hit 'Export' to pull only those results.

    Thanks for catching the 'Form Management' wording, I'll be happy to pass that along to see if that can be looked at. As for 'Export Center,' that is listed, and is accessed when you tag receipts and click 'Export.' The screenshots above contain this as a title within multiple pages.

    How can I change the default email to send exported files? For some strange reason, one of our basic contacts shows up every time I try to export a report. I would rather have it blank, or to default to my email.

    Hi Glenda,

    It sounds as if your browser is set to autofill an email address that it saved somewhere during your time on the site. As this is browser-generated, I would recommend clearing your autofill data, which can usually be accessed in the same location you clear your browser history.
