Hi Bob - Thanks for your comment. I was able to resolve the issue this morning by updating the HTML code for each video. I tested the 2010-2011 videos in Chrome, and they look to be working now. Please let us know if you run into any other issues, and we'll be glad to dig into them further.

Does MemberClicks support Internet Explorer 11?

Why am I unable to setup/see Confirmation Email in Internet Explorer 11 with Java Version 7 Update 45 ?

Hi Robert - Because Internet Explorer is such a new browser, we aren't yet compatible with it (although we are working towards compatibility). If you need to use Internet Explorer, we recommend downgrading to 9 or 10 and have confirmed that doing so will allow you to work normally in the system as an admin. If you're able to download another browser, I would suggest Firefox first, then Chrome. I hope that helps!

I'm now on a Macbook Pro, using Safari (new in the past week) and am having a problem with the Media Center. There is no Upload files button appearing - just partial words, light letters on a gray background:  ssing plug

Is there anything I can do to correct this? I'm unable to upload anything!

HI Janee - I'm using a Macbook Pro in Safari as well - I've attached a screenshot of my Media Manager. It might help to clear your cookies, history and cache, and make sure your browser is the most up to date version. As a personal preference, even on a Mac I like to use Firefox while working in MemberClicks as an Admin. If you continue to have issues, please submit a ticket to help@memberclicks.com (include a screenshot if you can) and we'll be happy to dig in further.

Kinsey, It's a brand new Macbook Pro - only had it a week, so it's got all the newest versions. I cleared cookies, don't know how to clear the cache and I'm reluctant to clear the history. I'll try to attach a screen shot (still really new at this!)

Aha! The message was telling me "Missing Plugin!" I just added Adobe Flash Player when a blog I was reading told me I required it, and now the Upload button shows up when I'm on Safari. Who knew? (I had installed Firefox to try that too, and there's nothing at all next to the file upload box, so I guess I'm missing it there too.) I should be all set now.

Janee - Wonderful! I recently updated my Flash player, so I'm guessing that's why I didn't see the message. I'm happy to hear that you're all set to go.

I have used both Firefox and Opera on Windows, Ubuntu LINUX and Android with no issues so far.
