Hi Bob, I just updated the article to include Outlook 2010 POP and IMAP documents.  Let us know if there's anything else you need!

    Where do you get webmail????

John - Webmail is included with your MemberClicks Complete package.  When your domain is transferred/pointed to MemberClicks, email is automatically setup (unless you specify to setup an alternate email system).

The emails in my "spam" folder do not download to my junk folder in Outlook 2010.  I cannot find any documentation to help me resolve this issue.  Do you have anything I can reference?

Webmail User Guide (updated 11/10) states that webmail is only compatible  with IE 6 and IE 7 and Firefox 2 and 3.  Is this still true?   Has it been updated for later versions, or will it be?  User with IE 8 reports that it is VERY slow.

Anne - Hmmm... I'm not sure of a definite answer.  I also use Outlook 2010 and noticed that I have a "junk e-mail" folder (that nothing ever goes to) as well as a "spam" folder (that my webmail spam goes to).  The only thing I can think of is you may not be subscribed to the folder from webmail... In Outlook try clicking "Folder" in the top menu bar, then "IMAP Folders", then "Query".  If that's the issue all you'll need to do is subscribe to the folder.  Hope that helps!

Jani - I did some research and found that webmail is currently compatible with the following:

    Windows—Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3.6+, Google Chrome
    Mac OSX—Safari 4+, Firefox 3.6+, Google Chrome

Android IMAP Setup: The documentation states that outgoing port should be 587. However, if that doesn't work, please try port
    465.

I called today for assistance on how to PoP my e-mail to my outlook. I had called earlier and received a .pdf with instructions which I followed to the “T”

This morning I was reminded that you do not support this effort and I needed to follow the .pdf.  I reminded her  that I did and still could not get it to work.  After  terminating our conversation I again returned to your .pdf. After several other attempts of following the steps you provided, exactly as she stated, as printed in the steps,   I discovered that completely at the bottom of the original webpage you indicate different  ports than what is shown in the steps, she could not tell me that?

If you have any variations in the installation steps this should be right up front at the top of the page. indicating so!

It is working now after changing the ports as suggested 2 clicks back and on a different page in the instructions.

Hi Grant - Thanks for your feedback. This morning I added information from our mail provider on alternative ports to try, which I hope will help with this effort in the future. I very much apologize for the frustration you experienced while setting up your mailbox, and hope things are working well now.

Can the guidelines be updated for Outlook 2013? Thanks, Bob

Bob - Our email service provider does not currently have setup instructions specifically for Outlook 2013.  The settings should still be the same from previous Outlook versions though - if you need assistance, please feel free to contact the Help Team.

Many of the links up there are giving 404 errors.

Can I get updates for Office 365 please.

Hi Jani - I just took a look and it looks like our webmail provider doesn't currently have documentation for Office 365. I'm thinking it might be because that's a newer Microsoft product, but  I can't be sure. I would suggest trying the most recent Outlook documentation to see if that might do the trick, keeping in mind the email server information referenced at the very end of the article. I hope that helps!
