    What is the delay between credit card transactions and those transactions showing up in the Revenue Account Report?  I cannot seem to get any transactions in the report after October 12th.

    Mike, there isn't a delay between transactions and what's recorded in the revenue account report - everything is recorded in real time.  I see you've already submitted a ticket, so I'll respond with more details on the issue there.

    Under the View Report options, is there any way to add more categories? For example, we like to have the Authorization Code listed so we can match payments up faster if there is an error. We also like to include the members account number, instead of only a name under Identifier.

    Please let me know if this is possible.

    Is there a way to keep the "Incomplete" transactions off of the report? OR have them listed as "Incomplete"?

    Also...is there a way to change the payment form? We have an instance where someone selected "Pay By Mail Check" but they mailed to the wrong address and we ended up taking payment over the phone so they paid by CC instead. On this report though it shows that they still paid by "Mail Check" bc that's the option they selected when they originally took the form.

    @April - Right now, reporting isn't able to be customized in that regard. However, we do appreciate any feedback you have about how it could be improved, as it is something on our roadmap for updating in the future.

    @Christina - There isn't a way to separate incomplete transactions from the rest of the list currently, but I do see the benefit in that and will pass your feedback along. For updating the payment form - because that ties to the receipt, in the current form module, the payment method isn't able to be updated. I can't say for sure, but I could definitely see this being part of the form update the Engineering Team is working on now.

    I'm trying to run a revenue report for our 2013 Spring Conference form.  Nothing is showing up (we only have three registrants so far and all were on Dec. 10.) Is it because I linked the form after they registered or is there another issue?  Thank you!

    Hi Gail - The Revenue Account Report isn't retroactive, so if those three members submitted the form before the revenue account was tied to the form, you won't see those three submissions on the report. Now that the revenue account is linked up, you will see submissions moving forward in the report.

    Before I invest any more time in setting up Revenue Accounts for this QuickBooks export/Import.  Will the results produce Sales Receipt (for credit card transactions) and Invoices (for Send Check options) in Quickbooks?

    Can I run a Revenue report based on 'Company' not the person paying?

    Sarah - You can configure the Report Identifier you want to see used - that change will be made in a form under Pricing > Assign Revenue Accounts to Pricing Fields. The identifier can be set to any of the fields you're capturing on the form. I hope that helps!

    How do we add fields that are exported in the IIF file?
