What is it?
Your browser cache and cookies store web pages within your browser in order to quickly load them. On occasion, however, the cache will save an outdated version of the page that does not update to the most current version of the page. This will cause you to either see an incorrect version of the page, or receive an error, despite the fact that the page appears correctly for other users. To remedy this, you must clear your cache and cookies, then restart your browser. Once your cache is updated, your pages should appear updated as well.
How to clear your cache
How you clear your cache and cookies will vary depending on your browser. If you're on a PC, click the link below, then choose which browser you're using. Once you do, follow the instructions to clear your cache and cookies as needed.
