How do I access the accounts listed in webmail?

1. Log into your Oasis solution with administrative credentials. Note: You may also go directly to mailadmin.memberclicks.com or cp.rackspace.com to log in.
2. Hover over Settings and click into Account Settings.
   
3. Click on Email Administration.
   
4. Log in with your Email Admin credentials. Note: These are NOT the credentials you use to log in as an ASA or Administrator. If you are unsure of your Email Admin credentials, please contact our Help Team by clicking here.
5. Once you're logged in, it will ask you to either set up multi-factor authentication, or if you've already set it up, it will ask you to log in using your existing method. If you can't recall the needed information for this authentication, contact the help team, and they can reset your authentication.
