Our engineers investigated the issue and this was caused by a partial outage at our hosting provider. Amazon Web Services (AWS) and appears to be resolved now. We will be keeping an eye on this.

We are currently experiencing some intermittent connectivity issues with our Oasis product. This may affect access to both the backend and front end website and various other parts of the system. Our engineers are working to have this resolved ASAP.
