Intro: What is it?
Through the MC Professional Continuing Education Transcript tool, admins are able to view, add to and maintain members' earned educational credit hours at the profile level. CE Transcript also empowers organization members to access, add to and export their educational history on demand. Additionally, admins have the ability to import a .csv file with information containing CEUs to be added to a members' CE Transcript in their profile.

Uploading a CSV File
To upload a CE credit .csv file, go to Database >> Profile Imports, and then click on the Continuing Education Credit Import link, located on the top right corner of the screen.
In the file, the first row must contain the Member Number or Username, a unique identifier for each profile. The first row must also contain the fields for uploading credits. Download the Credit Import Template to get a good start and make sure the import is set up correctly.
Once the csv file is prepared, click the Upload button and choose your file. Then, click Add Uploaded Credits if you are ready to assign credits to their proper profiles. Next you will see the Profile Import report, showing you which credits were added successfully, and which errors were encountered during the import. Note: if you don't see anything at first, that's ok! Just refresh the page to see progress. You can also see the results by going to the Import Report.
Once your report completes, you will see which rows had errors. Export a spreadsheet showing the rows with errors so you can correct them and reimport. To access the export, head to the Exports page under Reporting. The export will be accessible for 24 hours. Importing files with no errors will result in credits from the csv file being added to the CE Transcript of the designated profile owner (decided either by matching the username or member ID).
