Introducing an improved Member Profile View!

What is the member profile view?

Member profile view is the front-end view that members see in their profile. It is a central hub for an individual member to access and edit their information, review their invoices, access social features, and more!

What is new?

The member profile view has gotten a makeover with a cleaner look and feel to it. In addition, here are some features we have added to the new view:

Features now available to your members

• Members can view their upcoming events for members who register via an event section in a form
• Access all paid and open invoices
• Renew their membership directly from their profiles
• View in their profile if they have auto-renew enabled
• View forms they have taken in the system
• Review their email history and open up emails that were sent to them
• (*Optional, if enabled by the admin) View their continuing education credits list

Features now available to admins

• We have added a new page on the admin dashboard to update items called Profile Views
  • In profile views admins can reorder how the attributes are listed in a member's profile view
  • Update the colors of the buttons and member profile section to fit branding
  • *Toggle on whether or not continuing education credits should be accessed in a member's profile

• Under member types admins can designate the pathway for how their members renew
  • Renewal options include:
    • Can turn off renew now button for those member types who do not need to renew
    • Can set the renew now button to direct to the open invoice that was generated during the renewal period
    • Can set the Renew now button to direct to a URL of the renewal form of the admin's choosing
