To add another Admin or Authorized Service Administrator (ASA) to your database, please follow the instructions below:
- When you've logged into the admin portal, click "Profile List" at the top right
- Then click "Add an Individual" at the top right
- Select the member type "Admin" in the Member Type drop down and fill in the applicable information below
- Click Save
If you need to set this profile as an Authorized Service Administrator (ASA) so that they can reach out to our help team for assistance, click "Actions" > "Set as ASA" at the top right of the profile
