You can now view a list of members who are in a specific Committee Position. From Committees > Manage Committee Positions, click on the number in the Members Assigned column to view those members in the Profile List.

You can now set a second email to receive invoices! Inside each Invoice Template, you'll see an option called Send invoice emails to additional email label where you can select a specific Label from the Email Address Built-in Attribute. For profiles with that Email Label populated, any invoice generated using that Invoice Template will send to both the member's primary email and whatever Email Label is set to receive a copy. You can now search for profiles that are not linked to an Organization using the Advanced Search. To get started, navigate to the Profile List and click Advanced search by, then Unlinked Profiles. NOTE: This only applies for Organization Member Types.

You can now view a list of users who applied a specific discount code when taking a form. From the Form List, click into the Submission or Registrant List, then navigate to the Dashboard view. Next to Discounts, select View Codes and click the number under the Used column.

Admins can now skip filling in required attributes when creating or editing a profile. With this time-saving update, you'll still receive a message letting you know when required attributes have been left blank, but you'll now have the option to proceed without filling them in when logged in as an administrator.

Use the new Committee Import tool to add external or historical Committee records into your Oasis database en masse. Navigate to Database > Profile Import > Committee Import and download the Committee Import Template to get started. Imported data will be viewable under Community > Committees. Do you have past event data from a previous system that's not recorded in Oasis? You can now import historical event and registrant information into Oasis to better understand a member's engagement over time. A member needs their invoice sent again? Gone are the days of downloading the invoice to send via your personal email, or navigating away from the profile to the Invoice List. Now, you can resend an invoice right from the member profile by clicking 'RESEND' from the Invoices tab.

An Invoice Template preview is now available so there's no need to create a test invoice you have to void later! When editing an Invoice Template, use the new Preview Invoice button to download a preview of the invoice based on your selections including footer info, merged fields, the invoice image, etc.

Admins can now search for committee participation from the Profile List based on a range of activity options (ex. active, future, or past member, or not an active, future, or past member). After searching, tag committee profiles to save this list or take action.

- The Contact Center now includes the ability to dedupe while sending messages! After you click Send or Schedule, if your list of tagged profiles contains any duplicate email addresses, the system will alert you and give you the option to either "Send to All" (meaning that the email will send out to every email address as many times as it appears in your contact list), or to "Skip Duplicates" (meaning that if an email is listed more than once in your tagged list, it will only send to that email address one time).
