Share a Custom Report with a Public URL

It is possible to share registration information collected from a form with people who do not have access to your ePly account sign-in.  Only custom reports can be shared and it is important not to share personal information. 


To create this link:

1. On the Reporting tab under the 'Custom Report Setup' click on the custom report you wish to make available for public viewing.
   
   
2. Next click on the 'Edit Report' button.
   
   
3. The following screen will open, check the 'Available Publicly' check-box and click on 'Update' 
   
   
4. The Public Url will now be displayed.  This link can be forwarded for public viewing as shown below.
   
   
   
   
   Only custom reports can be shared and it is important not to share personal information.
