Your email broadcast is referred to as a “Campaign”.
1. Click “Send Emails” on the menu on the left side of the screen.
i. Select the Mailing List that you want send to (this is where a descriptive list name comes in handy if you have several lists).
ii. Name your Campaign (for your reference only)
iii. Customize the From Name, From Email, and Reply-To Email.
iv. Select the form this campaign is associated with.
v. Select the Email Template you created.
5. Test your email.
Once you have saved the campaign, it’s a good idea to test your campaign before sending it to your contacts.
- You can preview the email (all of the items in square brackets are merge fields and will be completed when the email is sent)
- You can enter an email address to send a test copy to. When you get the test, the information of the first contact in your list will appear in the merge fields.
