If you want to accept payments online, you will need to have a merchant account.
ePly integrates with a variety of merchant account providers.
Our recommended merchant account providers are:
- Payroc
- Bambora (including TD Bank)
- Moneris eSelect
- Stripe
We recommend using one of the merchant accounts above to maximize use of the ePly system. You will be able to process registration fees on your registration forms and have the ability to use additional features such as back-end refunding, payment plans, credit card capture, etc.

Using any of the above merchant accounts will allow you to collect payment on your registration forms but processing refunds through ePly is not possible. You will need to log into your merchant account to process the refund and then update the record in ePly. Other features such as payment plans, credit card capture, etc. are not supported if you use these merchant accounts.
NOTE: Due to a recent change in integration requirements, ePly Reg is no longer supporting Square as a payment processor on the platform. We advise any current users to switch to a different payment processor listed above.
