Yesterday 1/29/20, ePly customers who utilize the Schedule Emails feature in the ePly product reported that some registrants had received multiples of the same email about 5 minutes apart.
Our engineers have been notified and are actively investigating the issue.
We recommend un-scheduling existing emails and if possible, sending them manually to avoid the chance of the system sending multiple emails to your registrants.
