1. The ePly and Zoom registration numbers don't match.
To manually add those who registered and paid on ePly to Zoom, please follow the steps below:
In Zoom, click on the meeting/webinar and click on the Registration Link
This will open a new tab and copy and paste registrant information from ePly in the fields and click "Register"
After doing this, scroll down to the bottom of the meeting and click "Edit" in the Manage Registrants area
Check off the registrant in Pending Approval and click Approve. This will send them the email and allow them to join the meeting/webinar.
