Our email server provider has restored service to our account. We were informed that emails that were not delivered were not retroactively sent out. You will need to review your registration data from yesterday and manually send the confirmation/receipt emails (see instructions below).

The ePly product is experiencing issues with our email service provider. Emails coming from the ePly system are not being delivered.
Our engineers have opened up a critical case with our email service provider in hopes to have this resolved quickly.
We'll provide an update as soon as it's resolved. We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
