Integrate your Atlas account with an ePly account to unlock the robust registration capabilities of ePly while having your Atlas events and profiles updated.
Create the corresponding Atlas event
Once your form has been created and configured in ePly, click 'Create Atlas Event' which can be found via Form Setup > Advanced Options > Integrations
All ePly fields with a price will automatically create Atlas Event Items, and any new price field added to your ePly form will also automatically be added as an Event Item in Atlas. Furthermore, at any point you can manually add free ePly fields as Atlas event items by selecting them from the 'Eligible' Items and clicking 'Create'. Be sure to save your settings by clicking 'Save Atlas Settings'.
Note: Any event items created on Atlas will be associated with the Revenue Item with ID of 2. If the client wishes to associate certain event items with a different revenue item, they would have to update that on Atlas.
Confirm Event and Event Item creation in Atlas
Navigate to Atlas to ensure your event was properly by clicking Atlas in the top navigation bar.
Click Events > Select Events to view your newly created Event. It should automatically appear.
Create and publish a URL for registrants to use
Members will need to login with their Atlas credentials in order to complete the form and have their profiles updated appropriately. To accommodate this you'll need to append ?atlassso=true at the end of your form URL e.g. https://events.eply.com/eventname123456?atlassso=true
Next, consider where to place this SSO link and what the member experience will be.
- If the SSO form link is placed in Atlas behind the member's login, the member would click the link and be automatically directed to the ePly form pre-populated with their profile general contact fields.
- If the SSO form link is placed in Atlas outside of the member's login, at a different website like a standalone event webpage or within an email like an invitation, the member would click the link and be directed to an Atlas login. Once logged in, the member would immediately be shown the ePly form pre-populated with their profile general contact fields.

Confirm and review registrants in ePly and Atlas
Once your form is live you'll be able to see registrants information in both ePly and Atlas.
You can view registrants in ePly via Reports > Primary Registrants
You can view registrants in Atlas via Events > Select Events > Event > Registrations
