MemberClicks' AMS Quick Start Guide

Step 1. Is your AMS connected with ePly?

To check, after you've created a form in ePly and are in the Form Setup area, click on Advanced Options > Integrations

If you do not see an "Integrations" tab, please send an email to support@eply.com to establish the connection between your AMS and ePly.

Step 2. Decide if registration data will be collected and payments processed through ePly (step 3a) or your AMS (step 3b).

Step 3a. Registrations through ePly

ePly Registration with MC Professional (formerly Oasis)

When using both MC Professional (formerly Oasis) and ePly, you're able to record a registration that originates in ePly to an MC Professional (formerly Oasis) profile. A member would log into your website, which would automatically sign them into an ePly form with all member pricing logic in tact. Once the attendee completes and submits their form, it records that registration data in their MC Professional (formerly Oasis) profile.  Then, the individual can be checked into an event — either in-person via barcode scanning or virtually via Zoom integration — and that registration status changes on the attendee's MC Professional (formerly Oasis) profile.

What data writes from ePly to MC Professional (formerly Oasis)? 

1. ePly form name & date
2. Registration status (registered, attended or cancelled)
3. CE credits, if applicable

ePly Registration with MC Trade (formerly Atlas)

When using both MC Trade (formerly Atlas) and ePly, you're able to record a registration that originates in ePly to an MC Trade (formerly Atlas) event and profile. A member would log into your website, which would automatically sign them into an ePly form with all member pricing logic in tact. Once the attendee completes and submits their form, it records that registration data on a newly created Atlas event. Then, the individual can be checked into an event — either in-person via barcode scanning or virtually via Zoom integration — and that records on the MC Trade (formerly Atlas) registration.

What data writes from ePly to MC Trade (formerly Atlas) ? 

1. ePly form name & date
2. Event items
3. Event items cost
4. Initial invoice (if further changes are made to the registration, the invoice must be manually updated in MC Trade (formerly Atlas))
5. Attended

Step 3b. Registrations through your AMS

ePly Check-In with MC Professional (formerly Oasis)

To update an MC Professional (formerly Oasis) registration from ePly upon event check-in, members would submit a form via MC Professional (formerly Oasis). Then, the admin would sync the MC Professional (formerly Oasis) form to a new ePly form. After the sync,  the attendee can be checked into an event — either in-person via barcode scanning or virtually via Zoom integration — and that records on attendee's Oasis registration.

What data writes from ePly to MC Professional (formerly Oasis) with check-in? 

1. Registration status changed to "attended" (note: registration details in MC Professional (formerly Oasis) are not unchanged by ePly)
2. CE credits, if applicable

ePly Check-In with MC Trade (formerly Atlas)

To update an MC Trade (formerly Atlas) registration from ePly upon event check-in, members would submit a form via Atlas. Then, the admin would sync the MC Trade (formerly Atlas) form to a new ePly form. After the sync,  the attendee can be checked into an event — either in-person via barcode scanning or virtually via Zoom integration — and that records on attendee's MC Trade (formerly Atlas)  registration.

What data writes from ePly to MC Trade (formerly Atlas) with check-in? 

1. Attended
2. Updates member contact info in MC Trade (formerly Atlas) registration and profile if changed in ePly
